Privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
This notice covers the Amza website and its waitlist. It does not cover the Amza service itself, which isn’t available yet and will have its own terms and privacy notice at launch.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the date you gave it to us. Nothing else. We don’t record your IP address, location or device, and we don’t build a profile of you.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, images and code are all served from amza.si.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your address for one purpose: to email you when Amza opens. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until we have sent you the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Who handles it
While we prepare for launch, this website and the waitlist run on Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and stores the list on our behalf as a processor. Cloudflare is a US company. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Messages you send to hello@amza.si are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google.
We say this plainly because it matters to the kind of company we’re building. The Amza service itself is being built to run on European infrastructure.
We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold your address, and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, at any time, without giving a reason.
Write to hello@amza.si from the address you signed up with, and we will act on it within one month. If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
Who we are
Amza, reachable at hello@amza.si.
